    You need to be fit so the ways to be fit is to eat fruit and veggies and have 10 hours of sleep and play an active sport like footy,tennis,soccer so don't get fat and eat well today so you don't get teesed.

    This week I asked Mum to give me health food in my lunchbox.Three ways you need to be healthy is to have a healthy diet like fruit and vegetables and you need to have lots of water. You also need lots of exercise to be strong.
